Personal Training should be JUST THAT – PERSONAL!!
Your routine will NOT be a cookie cutter routine and I will require you to fill out a medical history, this is to fully understand your unique needs and issues as well as be aware of any medications or conditions you have.
I use these to determine your limitations to develop the appropriate routine for you.
I will NOT SMOKE YOU! I am not a fan of the workout until you barf concept that some people use for training. This does nothing for you.
You will tell me your GOALS. I will combine your goals with your limitations and muscle imbalances and I will determine the BEST routine for you. This routine will involve balance moves, core moves as well as dynamic movements so you can make major changes to your body.
Programs are available EXCLUSIVELY AT Gold’s Gym Chapel Hill in Douglasville. And you do not need to be a member to train with me there so it is a great location for anyone!
