Workout EVERY DAY

Studies have found that people who worked out every day were more likely to stick to their routine.
NO — NOT THE SAME THING DAILY — but make an effort to do something active every day. Some days the gym, others a hike, others a walk to the store, and on and on the list goes. Just DO THAT activity EVERY SINGLE DAY– prevents procrastination!!
