Understand processed food

Some processed foods have NO nutritional value. Don’t waste your calories on them. Enjoy more natural products (bread made with whole grain as the first ingredient for example). Make better choices when eating out (salad with salmon or chicken instead of a burger). Eat less fast food and change the fast food that you do eat (think grilled instead of fried and skip the fries!)
