The Power Of Cardio

Cardio is an important part of your fitness program. I see many people skip it or do it incorrectly. They either go for TOO LONG as a super-easy pace or they go for TOO SHORT or nothing at all.

Making cardio a priority and doing 3 consistent cardio workout a week can make dramatic results in the appearance of your body. While strength training is critical to increasing your lean mass (your muscle), cardio is the KEY TO BURNING FAT. It also keeps your heart and lungs strong.

So, if you are a cardio slacker or are not seeing the results you want — look at your cardio workout and/or call me for a cardio consultation.
