Smoking —– It is just BAD

If you smoke, you should quit. Smoking affects your health SO BADLY in sooo many ways. Look at it this way. There are so many people who are sick and unhealthy and have no way to reduce their risk factors (age, family history,etc) but YOU DO IF YOU SMOKE!!! Just quit and reduce your chances of DYING from stroke, heart attack, hypertension, diabetes, infections and sooo many other diseases.
