Plan your Evening Snack

Might sound wrong to tell you to eat at night but if you are a night eater who cannot kick the habit, it is far better to PLAN your night snack and allow for it in your daily calories. A study done at St Louis University found that people who binged at night were better able to control themselves when they ate a predetermined snack 90 minutes after dinner.
