Plan Ahead and Pack a Snack to avoid bad choices

Bad food choices happen more often when you are not prepared. Do you travel a lot? Carry a piece of fruit or an energy bar to avoid stopping for a candy bar. Do you order out a lot? Restaurant food tends to have more calories than what we make at home so plan your meals and shop for them so you can have the ingredients to have dinner at home.
