Nuts can be a healthy snack. Keep your snacking to a very small amount and pick nuts that make significant vitamin and mineral contributions to your diet (like almonds)
A small almond snack between meals can help prevent you from overeating later.
So, enjoy a healthy snack of nuts and don’t blow your diet.
