My Favorite Smoothie

Ok — here is a recipe for a great smoothie…..
Crush 16 ice cubes and add 15 oz crushed pineapple with juice in blender
Pour a tsp of fresh lemon and add some diet 7 up (2 cups)
makes 2 servings — YUMMY
