Craving crunchy, craving a little salty. Put the chips away!! Go for edamame. Yummy little soybeans. 90 calories in 1/2 cup plus SOY PROTEIN. Great for lowering cholesterol and you get protein, calcium and iron to boot!! Harder to find in Douglasville because there is no Whole Foods, but they have them in the organic section (frozen) at Kroger.
