The business traveler — glamorous? HARDLY!! Staying fit on the road is a challenge I hear from lots of different clients. Fitness is important and needs to be a priority in your life. So, here are a few tips!
1– Check out your hotel ahead of time. Is there a fitness center?
2 — WALK !! If you cannot do your regular cardio workout, walking will keep you going
3– Plan ahead!! Pack your shoes, yoga mat, ex bands, healthy snacks — whatever it takes to keep you going on the road!!
