Exercise Progression

Strength training is not about doing some difficult, maybe dangerous for you move and aching for days. It is about challenging yourself but in a controlled manner and then progressing when that becomes easy.
You don’t start in college, you start in pre-school. And the gym is the same. Start where you are, wherever that is and you will be in the right place with an easy path to progress.
Here is a video of me doing the cable row showing how the exercise can progress as you become more stable.
