Do you have an overeating trigger

Is there a particular food that you cannot eat without eating too much? While we all enjoy a treat once in while, it is important to understand the difference between a treat and a binge. If there is a food that you cannot eat sensibly, then you should control the amount of it that you keep in the house. For example, if chips are your trigger food, you should not have big bags in the cupboard. Buy a small bag when you want a treat (one serving). It may cost more per serving, but it will be worth it.

Beware of the Witch Doctor and the Quick Fix

And to top it off, she is no thinner than she was before! If these diets interest you or you are on one, visit your doctor. Ask for a referral to a Registered Dietician and learn to eat healthy.
