A typical restaurant waffle has 550 calories and 21 grams of fat PRIOR to you adding butter and syrup. Try a healthier breakfast out by sticking to rye toast or whole grains. Oatmeal with raisins and 3 slices of Canadian bacon has more protein with much fewer calories.
