Ok — I had a bit of a rant about personal training and some of the people who have surprised me (and not in a good way) over the past week or so. I really feel that while personal training is a choice, for many people, a few sessions may be NECESSARY due to their health conditions. Read my full rant on Personal Training Blog.com

Now, first a couple of shout outs — One to T who is doing great with her plan and has lost more weight — I am very proud.

She is a great client and has struggled with making time for workouts and cardio — so to see her winning — I am very proud.

I know that weight loss and fitness are not easy. There would not be an obesity epidemic in the United States if it were easy. But it is worth it.

THE 30 DAY PLAN!! I always like to tell people to really give me a hard commitment for 30 days. That is the amount of time that experts say it takes to make anything a habit. So whether you want to drink more water or whether you want to do cardio regularly — it will be a hard 30 days to start making it a habit. So start now and give me 30 days.
