Is there a healthy cocktail? Not really. Cocktails should be consumed in moderation. Some ideas for keeping the calories under control — choose beer or wine (watch the portion)

Watch the “sugar drinks” like daiquiris and margaritas — depending on the size, they can be up to 700 calories!!

If it sounds like a milkshake, treat it like dessert!! So a frozen mudslide or a chocolate banana monkey shake are both COCKTAILS AND DESSERT and remember, they have HUGE amounts of calories.
