If you are one of my clients you hear me say that OVER AND OVER! But it is true.
Cereal can make a great breakfast and a lot of cereals are low in calories. But if the box says a serving is one cup and you free-pour 2-3 cups, you are not being honest in how many calories you are taking in.
If you are stuck on a plateau or not seeing the scale budge when you are really trying, try measuring your food for a day or two and keeping a food diary for a week. You may be surprised!!
