Liquids — Watch Out

Keeping a diary including EVERYTHING YOU DRINK is an awesome way to ensure that you stay on track. There can be HUNDREDS EVEN THOUSANDS of calories hidden in what you drink. Soda, milk, coffee drinks, energy drinks, protein drinks — LOTS of hidden calories. Read labels and ensure you are not defeating your efforts by taking in too many calories from these sources.

Cardio — The Power Tool

Cardio is a key component of your fitness routine. It is your fat burner. Lifting weights will build beautiful muscles and a better body, but without cardio, nobody will see it because it will be covered in a layer of fat.
